This public website

This site explains our service and links to a separate, password-protected testing environment. It has no customer account, payment form, advertising or analytics scripts. We do not set optional tracking cookies here.

Information we use

When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your enquiry. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the website.

Purposes and providers

We process enquiries and basic website-security information for our legitimate interests in responding to questions and operating the service. We also process information where required by law. Our website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver those services. We do not sell your contact information.

Retention and transfers

We keep correspondence only as needed to handle the enquiry and any related obligations. Hosting and email providers may process information outside the UK; applicable data-protection safeguards apply. Please contact us for information about a particular request or provider.

Your rights

The testing app has its own privacy information. Use fictional guest details and test payment details there. It is not a live hotel-booking service.
